What to do?
Athletes and those who played sports will understand me.
Because their approach is systematic:
- Training sessions under the supervision of a trainer.
- When they regularly go in for long sports, they definitely have a rest!
- At each training session, the muscles are clogged, fatigue appears.
- A conscious athlete takes sports nutrition, minerals. What for? In order not to lose your health, because during intensive training, our body consumes a huge amount of energy, nutritious minerals.
- When an athlete rests between workouts, his muscles rest, grow and have more energy.
Imagine a workout where you do 10-20 exercises in 3-5 sets. Rest for 1 minute between sets. Then, at the end of the workout, record the result in your diary. What for? To monitor Your progress, so that you are motivated to continue and improve your results.
And now, what happens in the reality of the Shashlychnik entrepreneur:
- I do everything myself.
- I work 10-12 hours every day, seven days a week.
- I come home exhausted.
- No time for family, personal life.
- “Skewers” have toxic beliefs — I know better how to do my business, why do I need all sorts of trainers/coaches/mentors, what have they achieved themselves?
- Everything they teach only works for Americans, but it doesn’t work for me.
- I’ll earn some money and then……
- There is no time to eat well regularly.
- Constant lack of sleep).
- Resentment toward customers, employees, the state, your loved ones, or anyone else who can be blamed for your failures.
What to do? – Take the athletes ‘ experience!
Make it
a habit to rest for 5 minutes EVERY hour.

What you can do:
- Sit still with your eyes closed
- Take a breath, exhale with your hands up and stretch
- Pat the whole body, disperse the blood.
- Rub your ears, nose, head, neck
- Drink water regularly!
- View the street (sky, trees, birds, cats)
- Instead of stupidly looking at posts on FB, find yourself a coach/mentor/coach, someone you want to be like, who motivates you!

- While working and relaxing, watch your body, straighten your shoulders, smile, put an imaginary crown on your head.
- Learn to meditate! 5 minutes of meditation will clear your head of all thoughts and relieve tension. You will feel light and start noticing the colors of the world around you.
